Refund Policy

Transparent rules for refunds on programs, sessions, and digital products sold by Sieveback.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through Sieveback at 6200 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, USA, or via invoices sent to your email after a contact form inquiry. Third-party resellers are not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Digital educational products

2.1 End of Day Foundations workbook bundle

If you have not downloaded or accessed digital files, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. After first download, refunds are available only when technical failure prevented access and our support team cannot deliver a working replacement within five (5) business days.

2.2 Audio libraries

Refunds for standalone audio libraries follow the same fourteen (14) day window before streaming begins. Partial refunds are not issued after more than twenty-five percent (25%) of tracks have been played according to server logs.

3. Live sessions and studio circles

For scheduled Calm Sessions at our studio or online:

  • Cancellation more than forty-eight (48) hours before start time: full credit toward a future session or refund to original payment method at your choice.
  • Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours: fifty percent (50%) credit unless the seat can be reallocated, in which case a full credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show without notice: no refund or credit.
  • If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or transfer without penalty.

4. Consulting and personalized plans

Prepaid consulting packages may be refunded for unused hours if requested within seven (7) days of purchase and before the first scheduled call. Used hours are non-refundable. Custom written plans delivered in final form are non-refundable once sent, except for material factual errors we acknowledge in writing.

5. Challenge programs

Seven-evening reflection challenges are refundable before the first evening module unlocks. After unlock, only documented technical barriers qualify for pro-rated credit.

6. How to request a refund

Email touch@sieveback.world with:

  1. Full name and email used at purchase
  2. Order reference or payment date
  3. Product or session name
  4. Reason for the request (optional but helpful)

We acknowledge requests within three (3) business days and decide within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible; otherwise store credit may be offered with your consent.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of future enrollments.

8. Taxes and fees

Refunds include applicable taxes we collected. Payment processor fees that are non-refundable by banks may be deducted only where permitted by law and disclosed in our response.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under California law, EU consumer directives for eligible digital content, or other non-waivable protections. Where local law grants a longer withdrawal period, we extend timelines accordingly when we can verify eligibility.

10. Advertising-related purchases

If you purchased after clicking an online ad, the service delivered matches the written quote—not shortened ad copy. Refund eligibility follows the same rules above. Contact touch@sieveback.world with your invoice number if ad wording and invoice differ; we will clarify or offer a good-faith resolution consistent with this policy.
